The Pillars

01
Personalised Nutrition

No one-size-fits-all.

Every body, lifestyle, and health journey is different. Nutrition strategies are tailored to each person’s health history, goals, lifestyle, and preferences. This may include personalised food and nutrient strategies, lifestyle considerations, and supplementation where appropriate.

02
Evidence-Based Practice

Grounded in science.

All recommendations are informed by current research and clinical practice, combining scientific evidence with practical, real-life application. A test-rather-than-guess approach is used, including pathology and functional testing where appropriate.

03
Holistic Health

Health is multifactorial.

Health is influenced by nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, movement, and nervous system regulation. A holistic approach ensures all areas of health are supported, not just diet alone.

Hello

Hi, I’m Katie, a Clinical Nutritionist with a passion for holistic health and supporting women to improve their health in a sustainable and meaningful way.

My interest in nutrition and women’s health began through my own personal health journey during my teenage years. Working with health practitioners who took a holistic, root-cause approach showed me what was possible when health is viewed beyond symptoms alone. That experience shaped the way I now approach my work with clients.

I originally pursued a dual Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Midwifery, driven by a strong interest in women’s health. Along the way, I realised my passion extended beyond clinical care and into helping people understand and improve their health through a more holistic lens. I was drawn to addressing the underlying drivers of health using food, nutrients, lifestyle support, and functional testing where appropriate.

This led me to complete a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition). Today, I work with women to support their individual health goals, whether that is optimising overall health, managing ongoing concerns, or building sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.
